test for export/reimport of annotation created by web service jobs

Web service analyses can create complex jalview annotation sets. It's essential that these sets can be faithfully exported and reimported to another alignment view.

Test procedure:
Setup: Import sequence data and perform an alignment analysis on it (disorder/secondary structure prediction, etc).
Test 1: All annotation and any features generated can be safely exported to appropriate flatfiles.
Test 2: All flatfiles can be imported and result in identical features and annotation
i. import succeeds without errors
ii. same number/type/values in annotation and feature sets
iii. annotation and features are rendered in the same way as in the original alignment view created after web service analysis was performed.
