Description
The 'superpose with' submenu should be shown when more than one alignment view is associated with the data shown in the Jmol window. If multiple distinct alignments are associated with a view, this submenu is shown in the Jmol menu - but it is not shown if a new view is created on a single alignment with an existing set of structures shown in an associated window.
Steps to reproduce:
0. Select JMol as structure viewer in Preferences
1.import DNMT1_MOUSE from uniprot
2. select the sequence id, and 'view all 6 structures' from the structure submenu from the sequence ID popup box
3. check the 'jmol' submenu of the structure window to see there is no submenu for selecting views
4. create a new view on the alignment.
5. check the jmol submenu again - a 'Superpose with' submenu should be shown.
