Disorder predictions fail with NPE if no automatic annotation already exists on alignment

If one or more automatic annotations (such as consensus) rows are not already present on the alignment, then Jalview will throw a null pointer exception and blacklist a JABAWS annotation worker that creates new annotation rows.

1. Disable all conservation/consensus annotation in preferences
2. import the interleukin alignment
3. run a disorder prediction such as IUPred
4. note NPE and lack of annotation added to alignment.
