track pad horizontal scroll still operates whilst in wrap mode

      Description

      When in wrapped mode, vertical scroll gestures do nothing, but a horizontal scroll will adjust the top left column displayed in wrapped mode.

      This is marked as a bug but is more of an emergent feature - since it is useful to be able to adjust the first position shown in the alignment display with a great deal of precision.
