'Right click to add annotations' message shown in wrap mode when no annotations present

The right-click to add annotation message is shown in the annotation labels area in wrapped mode when no annotation lines are present even though right-clicking that area will not show the alignment annotation popup menu. The message needs to be disabled, or the annotation popup menu needs to be enabled.
