Description

To reproduce:
0. start Jalview - ensure that all DAS sources discovered correctly.
1. Import standard uniref50.fa test alignment: http://www.jalview.org/tutorial/alignment.fa
2. Right click on FER1_SPIOL and select discover PDB Id
3. Note that no sequence features or pdb cross references are added.
