Request from Sébastien Moretti:
Starting from Jalview 2.7 the annotation panel is not fully open on startup.
I have to find the red arrow on the top left corner of the annotation panel to extend it; or to click on the associated open tree.
So, is there a trick, or an applet parameter, to fully open annotation panel on startup ?
Basically, after the annotation panel code in the applet was rejigged, the height was not set according to the height of the annotation, so often, the alignment is opened with lots of empty space under the sequences and only one or two rows visible from the annotation panel. Having to resize the panel every time is a PITA.
