fetches of large numbers of IDs from EMBL, EMBLCDS, Uniprot or PDB fail or take a very long time

The EBI dbfetch client that jalview uses supports batch queries up to 200 records, but the harness that uses the client does not support batch querying of the service. Need to improve the sequence database fetching harness to support efficient and robust batch querying and parsing.
