information about what to do if saving a jalview project fails

Occasionally, Jalview project saving fails. The desktop should detect when the project did not save properly, and try to let the user know what they should do next.
E.g. should an error occur - there are a number of fallback store mechanisms that could be attempted (save core alignment, annotation, features, etc).
