sequence associated annotation rows not associated when loaded from jalview project

Sequence associated annotation rows are not recovered correctly after being saved in a Jalview project.
Test: import http://www.jalview.org/examples/jpred_msa.seq.concise, save as a project, import project and double click on the jpred prediction rows to demonstrate if they are associated or not.
