Store AACon calculation settings for a view in Jalview project

      Description

      Alignment dependent instantaneous calculation settings for services like AACon should be stored in the Jalview project, so that when the user re-opens the project, they can edit the alignment further and the conservation annotation will be recalculated automatically.
