option widgets in service parameters not updated to reflect user or preset settings

      Description

      The options shown at the top of a web services' parameters are not updated to indicate which ones are enabled in a user's preset. This means that the user can never recover their saved option settings for a service.

      This really gets in the way of the AACons service configuration!
