Open, extensible data source model

Jalview should be able to access a wide variety of data containers - from authenticated, web based file systems to local archives and databases. Plugins should be implemented for standard public/authenticated datasources locally, via HTTP, and embedded within archives and other file containers. An API should be provided to allow non-standard sources (e.g. bespoke database integration).
