Adding new sequences to existing alignment from file or web service cannot be undone

Adding sequences via drag and drop, or loading a file containing new sequences, or adding sequences via the sequence fetcher does not result in a new entry in the undo buffer. This can lead to problems if there were existing entries in the undo buffer, since the sequence set will no longer be consistent between the two undo states after new data is added.
