record global colourscheme and layout properties for an alignment view in the annotations file

Currently, the annotations file only records the colouring and display properties for groups defined on the alignment. The same representations could also be used to define the background shading style for the alignment view.

Pros: This would allow annotation files to be used to record the complete state of an alignment view, enabling these files to be used to pass view representations between the applet and the application.
