Sequences fetched from DAS sources that serve features do not get annotated with features

Sequences fetched by the sequence fetcher from DAS sources that serve both sequences and features do not always get annotated with features retrieved from the DAS source. Because of this, the user must explicitly retrieve features from the same source after sequence retrieval has finished.
