import from jabaws job

Jabaws, and other web service clients are able to retrieve complete alignment datasets from a given server using a Job ID. If the user has begun an analysis outside of Jalview, it would be useful if Jalview could be instructed to retrieve the result set and display them as a new alignment, given the server and Job ID.
