support '*' in amino acid sequences to indicate stop codon

      Description

      Nucleotide translation services (such as MACSE http://mbb.univ-montp2.fr/MBB/subsection/softExec.php?soft=macse ) often explicitly indicate the presence of a stop codon in cDNA as a '*' in the peptide product. Jalview, however, treats the '*' as a terminator in a peptide sequence meaning that the output of such services cannot be imported and manipulated in Jalview.
