      Description

      1. Load and view the PF01872 metagenomics alignment in JalviewLite via the pfam web page:
      pfam.sanger.ac.uk/family/PF01872/alignment/meta/Jalview
      2. Paste the PF01872 metagenomics tree into the applet, sort by tree, enable group consensus and sequence logo, and partition the tree.
      3. click on a large sequence group's annotation row, notice speed of response of the view when compared to a smaller sequence set.

      I eventually got a browser deadlock.
