alignment conserved region analysis service client

A client for visualizing the results of applying a tool like GBlocks to the current alignment view. This service follows the standard JABAWS2 service model, allowing parameters or presets to be selected for performing an analysis. It takes as input the currently visible region of the alignment, and once complete, a series of conserved regions on the input view are returned. These regions are parsed by the client to generate a conserved region annotation line and also to hide columns outwith the conserved regions in preparation for subsequent analysis.
