      Description


      Services should be annotated with ontology terms from CEDAM or the software ontology (http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/42367) so that as new services are added, Jalview can automatically group them according to service class.

      We can use the org.obo package from geneontology.org for organising entities tagged by ontology terms. org.obo is the model and IO component used by oboedit, and allows third-party apps to read and manipulate OBO ontologies.
