jpred concise files used to generate alignment images in headless mode fails

importing a jnet concise file and attempting to write an image results in the jnet annotation lines being included in the sequence alignment as well as being rendered below the aligment as annotation. E.g.

jalview -nodisplay -open jnet.concise -png jnet.png

results in a png with additional garbage in the alignment rows.
