Description

Issue raised by Balaszc Laurenczy (http://www.compbio.dundee.ac.uk/pipermail/jalview-discuss/2011-February/000530.html).

It would be useful to specify a URL for the -props argument, enabling custom properties files to be specified within a JNLP.
