last sequence ID in alignment not shown and annotation labels are misaligned in HTML export

The last sequence's ID is not visible in the HTML export of an alignment when annotations are also displayed, instead, the first annotation label appears in its place, and all other labels are shifted up by one row so misaligned with their rendered tracks.
Inspecting the svg shows the last ID is actually rendered, but the annotation labels are rendered on top of it rather than shifted down by one row.
