RNA secondary structure glyph renderings still a little skew

      Description

      Some of the more complex secondary structure annotations are not as well aligned as the newly improved helix and sheet glyphs.

      Note:
      1) Blue arrows are the old size and off-center.
      2) Glyph line is not drawn behind blue arrows as with other arrows.
      3) The final closing orange arrow is not an arrow (probably the same as JAL-3088).
