Description
Since JalviewJS takes a wee while to download and evaluate, it would be great to have a visual indicator like a loading screen.

Would a getdown-like splashscreen be an idea for Jalview-JS? i.e. just a pop-up div with the same background and progress bar whilst the .js are loading? The progress bar could presumably take its cue from the output?
