Jalview project files could contain bioschemas metadata about the contents of the file

      Description

      The Jalview project file format is a Jar file, which is a zip file.
      The zip file could contain bioschemas metadata about the contents of the the project file (e.g. metadata about protein IDs in the alignment windows), held in a standard place within zip files that makes it easy for other processes (e.g. repository deposit, RO-Crate inclusion) to extract metadata about the project file. This will increase findability of relevant data/workflows/visualisations stored in Jalview project files.

      After discussions with bioschemas people and RO-Crates people at the Elixir UK Hackathon 2021 (April 14-16) it would seem the following information will be useful:
