clicking too fast while selecting sequences with CTRL down opens brower tab

double-clicking a sequence correctly opens a browser page.

But if I am trying to select sequences using CTRL, that should be enough to stop this behavior. It is too easy to click just a bit too fast in that case -- say, to select and then unselect.

When CTRL is down, double-clicking should just toggle the selection -- same a two single clicks.
