sequences with very long ID strings and/or lots of reference

      Description

      The tooltips displayed for these sequences are huge (when displaying uniprot retrieved DBRefs), and get in the way of the menu (occasionally - most problem is on small screens).

      Additionally, the horizontal alignment slider bar for the display is very narrow because of the wide sequence ID panel. A better solution would be to have a slider bar on the sequence ID panel as well (when IDs are wider than the panel width).
