$SEQUENCE_ID$ warning appears on launch when no $SEQUENCE_ID$ setting has been configured

      Description

      The patched https://ebi.. search has caused the the warning dialog about changing $SEQUENCE_ID$ to $SEQUENCE_DBREF$ is popped up for users without any custom link configurations.
