Automatic generation of sequence representatives from tree cut or redundancy threshold dialog box

Have an option on the View pulldown menu in the alignment window to make the first sequence in each group under the current sequence ordering represent the rest of that sequence's group.

Also have a switch on the Redundancy Threshold selection dialog box to create hidden sequence groups leaving the remaining sequences as representatives, rather than remove the sequences from the alignment.
