Overview window size no longer set to overview defaults

The overview window has a default size set in the overview window code. However the changes to minimum window sizes made in JAL-2473 now mean that the overview window has a different size - height defaults to 204 instead of 60. The effect of this is a noticeable flicker when the overview wind loads, as it first draws to the original default overview window size and then to the new minimum window size.
