      Description

      The JBake templates need to be updated for the June/July 2015 drupal layout and the example pages regenerated. See JAL-875 (and commits in JAL-975) for basic howto.

      Ideally, we should also come up with a better way of updating the templates so we can keep the www.jalview.org/examples pages in sync independently of Jalview releases.
