Align all others to reference sequence with Pairwise Alignment

Create a new option for Pairwise Alignment in the selected sequence submenu, which allows all other sequences (or the currently selected ones) to be aligned against the selected sequence. The result would open as a new window, annotated with pairwise alignment scores, with the selected sequence marked as the reference.
