'Aligning' a second chain to a Chimera structure from Jalview fails

      Description

      To reproduce:
      Fetch PDB 3A6S, select and view chain A only.
      Select and view Chain B. Decline 'reuse existing viewer' (this works fine).
      Accept 'align to existing structure view' - nothing happens
