File Save As type unset when current file format is unknown

      Description

      Open a DNA alignment, calculate the translation (protein alignment), choose File | Save As.
      Enter a filename, leave default format (Fasta) untouched, and press OK.
      Warning: "You must choose a file format before saving".
      The dialog is then re-presented but this time no save action results.
