I'm currently trying to integrate Jalview in our Windows software
deployment. However I could not find a way to install it silently. The
standalone package should be an InstallAnywhere installer, but it
doesn't seem to support the "-f <responsefile> -i silent" option. With
"-i silent" the installer immediately quits. Same thing for the
uninstaller. I could however successfully create a responsefile.
We need the package which includes Java, as standard installations here
don't contain Java for security reasons.
