Pass current alignment, annotation and layout from applet to application when user calls 'view in full application'

The 'view in full application' menu entry passes a subset of the applet's initial parameters to the launchApp servlet for embedding into arguments for launching the desktop vis a JNLP file.

The launchApp servlet should be extended to allow the applet to allow the current view state (alignment, annotation, features, trees, etc) to be sent to the application.
