jalview features with html descriptions containing URL links with bare '&' (ampersands) incorrectly parsed

      Description

      Observed when attempting to reproduce JAL-1088 with flat-files.

      Reproduce:
      1. load alignment and features file to jalview.
      2. Try to access URL link via the sequence's link submenu (right click on id and follow...). URL is not valid.
      3. Export features file. note contents is preserved.
