cannot fetch sequences from DAS sources that do not properly support multiple queries

certain das sources throw errors if they are passed more than one query ID at a time. Since JDAS's multithreaded clients assume full 1.6 compliance, but this is not always the case, Jalview needs to gracefully failover to single-ID fetching for these sources.
