Assume --headless when jalview is run with a command line argument that generates output

It's tedious to have to specify --headless / --nogui when running Jalview as a commandline tool. In most of the uses of --headless, Jalview is being used to render images or generate output files.

For these situation, Jalview could automagically enable --headless.
