Description
Branch Jalview-JS/develop, transpiler 3.2.9-j11.
Save uniref50.fa as a project file 1.jvp (save is _very_ slow - one minute - and contents are also echoed to the console).
Confirm the file is valid by loading it in Jalview Java.
Try to load it in JalviewJS from the File | Load Project menu option.
Fails with java.io.FileNotFoundException: Opening file ./1.jvp
