Sequence IDs aligned to wrong margin and clipped in headless figure export when Right Align option enabled

      Description

      Noticed when testing JAL-3386 - if 'Right Align' sequence IDs is enabled in jalview properties then a figure is generated headlessly, the Sequence IDs are aligned to a margin left of the actual sequence ID area margin, so the IDs are clipped even when the auto-width option is enabled.
