Description
Followon from JAL-2582:
IDs that resemble an Ensembl identifier (e.g. starts with ENS[A-Z]{3}[PTG][0-9]+) but do not resolve to an ENS...G ID (via the EnsemblLookup.getParent(..) method) are ignored.
In practice this only happens for stale identifiers that have been removed from the current release, but in those cases we should at least tell the user, and ideally, recover relevant loci in the current release and annotate them appropriately to locate the stale identifier.
