userdefined and autogenerated annotation rows for groups

Group annotation is useful for subfamily analysis.

Aspects:
1. automatic conservation and consensus rows for any defined groups.
2. user defined annotation imported from annotation file.
3. user edited annotation (future feature - annotation rows cannot currently be interactively assigned to a particular entity within or on the alignment).
