Hi,
Thanks for the new release. I've just started using it, but noticed the
following bugs using the Mac version (on Mac OS X version 10.6.8).
1. In the menu, the Tools > Preferences.. item doesn't work (nothing
displayed).
2. Upon opening a sequence "Initialising Sequence Database Fetchers"
appears at the bottom of the alignment window with a swirling 'working'
icon and doesn't stop.
